L.A. Tribute Mug

$85.00
sold out

I made the L.A. Tribute Mugs in response to the heartbreaking fires Los Angeles has experienced during January of this year. As someone who’s experienced the loss of a childhood home due to fires and has lived more than half my life in California, I deeply feel for those who have had to witness this tragedy first hand. I’ll be donating a percentage of each sale to the Corita Art Center here in Los Angeles who is assembling art kits for kids who have been impacted by this devastation.

Making art is the language I speak when the world feels heavy and overwhelming, hopefully with these kits these kids are able to tap into a place they feel comforted and safe and brings back some normalcy to their day to day.

The Tribute Mugs are thrown with a charcoal black clay featuring embossed Old English lettering of the LA insignia. They’re finished with an interior glossy clear glaze with a raw clay exterior.

Mugs measure loosely 4.25” tall x 5.25” wide (including handle).
